When you are designing your room or your house, there comes the time when you decide how your lighting will be designed. You may want to consider using modern lighting in your design.
When choosing lighting for your room, you need to first know:
1. The concept of how vision works and how you can use light for supporting effective vision
2. How you can use task light (work), ambient light (general), decorative lights, and accent light (directional) to create light in your room that make it productive, comfortable, safe and enjoyable.
3. How you can select different types of sources such as LED, fluorescent, or incandescent, while at times using designer lighting.
After knowing these basics, you may want to consider using modern designer lighting.
